Paint large square detached victorian house, white masonry paint repair little render as needed, clean gutters repair two gutter leaks. Rub down flakey surfaces, preparation and paint two colour gloss exterior of all doors and windows, frames and sills, of house and shed including treatment and repair/replacement of all rotton/damaged sections. Replace woodwork of doorstep. Remove Virginia creeper where necessary. 3. Replace/repair doors and hinges etc of shed (3) replace/ repair wooden frames to doors, re-hang one door, repair damage caused by plant roots to roof/walls of shed and back wall of corridor behind house ie spot repairs to mortar to render wall sound 4 Replace mortar of top layer of bricks of side wall and put back a few bricks missing 5 Cement down a few flags which have come loose on top of entrance walls by steps 6 Repair to entrance gate to fill rotton parts, rehang, add screws and trim as needed to render smooth action. Replace fixings at jamb to permit secure fastening and make to lock to prevent intruders. Replace fixing at wall so that gate is held open securely even in high wind. 6 Repair woodwork to garden stairs on first tread, side area and top flashing. Paint with woodstain. 7 Readjust/ replace flashing at side of car port roof to render waterproof and prevent further deterioration. Clean and repair gutter. Lift tiles as necessary and relay.
