Extractor fan instillation bathroom and kitchen

I need two extractor fans to be vented theough an exterior wall. The extractor fan in the kitchen is wired in and already in place. Need a hole in the wall and the venting kit to be attached. May need to temporarily remove a wall unit to get access. Bathroom has nothing in place. Electrical supply is in a good location. Again a hole is required. The materials will be supplied but I will need to know what the extras are other than the venting kits themselves. Thanks
