felt, battern and tile extension roof

I am looking for a roofer to felt, battern and tile the roof on my extension. The exisiting house is a 3 bed detached and we are adding a double storey extension to the side of the house and a single storey to the rear. The rear extension is 7.8m by 5m and it's approx pitch 30 degrees. The roof is hipped at both ends and is to be tiled in reclaimed rosemary tiles (supplied by client). Pretty straight forward. The side extension is 7.1 x 6.8m and again is approx 30degree pitch. The ridge is approx 11.5 metres long and it is not hipped. It does however have 2 small dormers in the front elevation. Again this is to be felted, battened and tiled in reclaimed rosemary tiles (Supplied by client). The reclaimed tiles will be supplied by the client. Contractor is required to supply felt, batterns, nails, ridge tiles, 1.5 tiles, edge tiles and lead for valleys. I have included a drawing of the roof with the areas that require roofing in red. I have full plans available if required. Please provide best quote. Please note I have already received a quote for £3000 so quotes will need to be below this level to secure the job.
