Fit 2 flights of stairs and widen loft access

Take down existing stairs, fit new flight of stairs running in opposite direction. Fit second flight of stairs to loft running parralel to first set of stairs. Widen loft access for flight of stairs. Depending on cost we can then discuss the remainder of work required for full loft conversion. The property is owned and lived in by myself. Measurements have taken place to insure a loft conversion is legally acheivable. other loft conversions have taken place in the same road, in houses of the same type. Funds available depending on cost and availability will determine to the start of the work.
