Fit 2 new toilets and 3 sets of taps in Plymouth

I need 2 toilets replaced one upstairs and one downstairs. I also need bathroom taps(2 sets replaced and taps in the kitchen.Either I buy the items or even better if the plumber can at a cheaper price. The budget I have quoted for is just for fitting..
