fit 2 velux windows and flashing

I would like two iron and glass skylights removed and replaced by two new windows(already purchased), and flashing.Already purchased. Also a piece of glass (approx 2x4ft)removed from the roof and replaced with slate tiles. Also a roof vent sealed.
