Fit 4 MDF Shelves in Alcoves of home

Hello, We are looking for a joinery to fit four simple MDF shelves in our alcoves that are approximately 78cm x 36cm. We would like a 4cm lip to be added to the front of the shelf so that it looks like a much thicker shelf. The shelves would not need to be painted but finished ready to be painted. Ideal start date: ASAP
