Fit a venting kit for a portable air conditioner

We would like to install a venting kit for a portable air conditioning unit, to be fitted in an attic room with the vent going through the dwarf wall under the eaves, through the triangular space behind it down and out through the soffit board. There is sufficient roof overhang to feed the duct through. Cut 125 mm circular opening through plasterboard wall under eaves of roof, and another through the soffit board (roof overhang). Install venting kit and finish off neatly. A long ladder will be needed to reach the soffit board (top of 1st floor).
