I have a high level electric fan heater in the bathroom of a rented property. I'm considering replacing it with a chrome electric heated towel rail. There is a high level hard wired electric supply to the existing fan.
At the minimum the work would be to chase a wire down to the low level that would be appropriate for a towel rail, fit a new face plate and wire in the new towel rail.
I'm not sure if you will have to do some work regarding the fuse box. The current supply is on a fused spur fed from quite old, although electrically sound fuse box. It uses cartridge fuses.
Please quote for both supply of all parts and for if I was to supply parts and you just fit.
The property is a rental that doesn't generate much income, so whilst I want it to look nice, I don't want to spend much on doing it.
