Fit bathroom in Hitchin

We are looking to have our bathroom refitted before the end of January. Things that need to be done include: Remove current free-standing bath. Remove current toilet and fit new toilet on different wall (should be able to get to the same waste pipe) Remove old sink Board over current floorboards Possibly fit underfloor heating (depending on cost) Tile floor Fit new sink Fit new bath Fit new shower unit Tile walls Fit new light fittings in ceiling Construct a small shelf/ledge between the wall and the edge of the bath, due to a chimney stopping the bath being flush with the whole wall. Fit extractor fan. All the tiles, bathroom suite and light fittings will be supplied it is simply a matter of fitting them.
