Fit Carpet in a small bedroom

I need a carpet to be fitted in a small bedroom. Dimensions 3.5 meters by 2 meters I will remove furniture and uplift the old carpet in advance. Room needs gripper rods to be fitted, and I would like you to supply this. I already have crumb rubber underlay Doorway already has metal gipper bar fitted.
