Fit cat flap in PVU door and hang a picture

PVU door requires hole to be cut for cat flap with appropriate jigsaw blade and cat flap fitted. Finish must be excellent as rented accomodation. Also a framed picture (dimensions roughly w24inches x h18 inches)to be hung - will require holes drilled, screws etc. Picture non-urgent but cat flap required as soon as possible - cats destroying my flat bored and trapped inside!
