Fit heated towel rail in bathroom

Hi, i have a small 1200 x 400 heated towel rail to fit in to my new bathroom. old radiator has been taken out. i have combi boiler central heating in the house. How much are you going to charge to fit the rail? And, do you work on Saturday? I will buy necessary materials. Thanks Soe
