Hi, We need a handyman/plumber to do the following immediate maintenance jobs in preparation for letting. In addition, once the property has been let, we would like a trustworthy local handyman who can be called out for minor jobs that the new tenants may require. Please provide breakdown for quote, though job will go to the overall most competitive and reliable person. Immediate fixes: 1. Fit new integrated, slimline dishwasher and remove old unit 2. Fit 2 new basin mixer taps - the current ones do not mix properly, would like new taps fitted 3. Fit new wire for flush (the wire connecting the handle to the ball plumb has broken, currently have a temporary fix with clotheswire hanger) 3. Minor grouting in toilet & kitchen area - some parts have grown mouldy and need to be replaced. Long term relationship: - Would like a handyman/plumber in the local area (Aldgate/Central-East London) - No call-out charges - Will provide a competitive quote for any minor jobs that the new tenants need and able to complete with minimal hassle/mess - Responsible and reliable in meeting appointments, deadlines and quality workmanship If you are keen to develop a long-term relationship with us for this and other properties in the surrounding areas (mostly Zone 1-2 London), please give a good quote for the immediate jobs and provide references for previous jobs done.
