KITCHEN Assemble and fit 11 units including worktops: One unit is the oven housing inlcuding fitting the electric oven and gas hob One is the sink unit, plumb sink 2 600 base units 1 500 base unit 2 Base Corner units 900x600 2 corner Wall Units 600x600 2 Wall units 300x300 Some electric work required for extractor fan fitting etc. Some tiling required between wall and base units and some floor area. Room is so small with two large windows once units fitted there wont be much area to tile. BATHROOM Fit & plumb Bath, Sink and Toilet Tile walls & floor with tiles size of 45cm x 45xm to an area of 20m2 Fitter to provide all adhesive, grout and sealants etc. Job ready from the 15th August onwards
