Fit new 22mm Main Gas Pipe

I need my gas meter to combi-boiler pipe to be replaced to a 22mm copper pipe. The length between them is 11 metres. I will also need a tee-off for my gas hob (I have been told that this is to be 15mm - please advice me if this is incorrect). My house is being renovated so access to the gas pipe is very easy as all the floorboards are all removed and you can see the old gas pipe.
