New downstairs bathroom wanted in a BTL property in Wrexham. New shower, small wash hand basin and loo needed to be installed in downstairs pantry area. New plumbing needed to be installed (although room is off kitchen so should be easy) New dividing wall + plastering and painting required in hallway to split off one room also, wall needs to be approx 6m2 in area. Needs to be done in April.
