Removal of old kitchen and installation of new flat packed kitchen. Compromising of (see plan):
1) 2 x 1000mm base units on left.
2) 2 x 1000mm wall units on left
3) 3 x 600mm base units on right.
4) 1 x new extractor fan (electrics exist)
5) new sink and taps
6) new worktop on either side (dimensions on plan)
7) repaint ceiling and walls
8) retile the walls (up to bottom of wall units and level with the window - excl above cooker which will be a stainless steel splashback.)
9) New electric cooker point (The fuse box is only 2 years old with 2 spare RCD's to connect into. The fuse box is within the larder in the kitchen and the cooker is opposite. The size of kitchen is 3m wide so there isnt a big distance to run a cable)
10) electric switched socket spur for under cuprboard lighting - can be taken from existing wall sockets.
11) Sink existing 4 x electric double sockets so flush in wall.
12) New socket behind dishwasher with fused switch taken from existing socket directly above dishwasher.
13) New socket behind fridge ( can be extension of existing)
14) Add 2 additional floor level sockets( 1 on either side of kitchen), both switched at counter height from existing sockets to plug new plinth lights.
15) Install plinth lights and under cupboard lights.
16) Remove radiator & cap exisitng pipes.
