Fit replacement sink and bath plugs

Hi I am looking to have both my sink and bath plugs replaced or repaired. The sink plug no longer pops up when the plunger is pushed and I think will need replacing completely as there is a lot of rust underneath the sink. The bath plug is a pop up one, but this one will not stay down when pushed. If this can be repaired, great, but if not then it will also need replacing. I would have a go myself, but just a bit nervous about playing with something with the potential to cause damage if not done correctly!
