Jobs & Requirements Job 1: Bathroom Fitting We are refitting the entire main bathroom. The following requirements need quoting for: • Removal of the existing bathroom suite (bath, sink, toilet) • Removal of tiles surrounding bath and around window • Removal of small single panel radiator • Tile floor area – approx 3sqm • Tile all 4 walls (floor to ceiling) – approx 17sqm • Fitting of under floor heating system • Fitting of corner bath and taps • Fitting of shower, controls and shower glass • Fitting of toilet • Fitting of basin, taps and wooden stand • Fitting of heated towel rail Job 2: En-Suite Fitting We are refitting the entire en-suite. The requirements need quoting for: • Removal of tiles behind shower and above sink • Removal of the existing bathroom suite (bath, sink, toilet) • Removal of small single panel radiator • Tile floor area – approx 2.5sqm • Tile all 4 walls (floor to ceiling) – approx 12sqm • Fitting of under floor heating system • Fitting of shower, controls and shower glass • Fitting of toilet • Building of small corner cupboard to also act as basin stand * • Fitting of basin and taps • Fitting of heated towel rail Job 3: Remove Radiator Remove a small single panel radiator in the downstairs entrance hall. Quoting All fixtures, fittings and tiles (including adhesive and grout) have been acquired with the exception of the en-suite bathroom corner unit (*) which we require building. This should all be taken into account when quoting. We require an individual quote for each of the 3 jobs, ideally broken down per individual requirement into hours and costs. In addition to the 3 individual quotes we require a combined quote factoring in economies of scale should you be chosen to undertake all three jobs.
