Fit Wall Extractor Fan (New Install) in Hull (HU6)

1) Small sized bathroom approx 4m2. 2) Require fit and supply of small extractor fan (15L/sec minimum) or venting system in residential property. 3) To include all electrical installation and fitments (can be fitted as seperate pull chord or connected to existing lighting chord (preferable)). 4) To conform to all current building regulations and installer must have correct liability insurance and all work to be guaranteed. 5) Start date does not have to be immediate but once begun work must be completed with minimum disruption and within the shortest time possible (can be discussed prior to any work commences) as the home is a family home with children. 6) Property is located in the Hull area, HU6 (Orchard Park).
