Fitting a pump for the shower or Electric Shower

I have an imersion watertank which feeds the hotwater supply to the house. its a low power system. Want to increase the force of the shower by installing a pump under the bathtub which will initialize when the hot water to the bath is turned on. That shoud give a decent force to the shower. Other option will be to install a electric shower. Both these option will need a electric connection to be provided to the bathroom. Currently just have a light point.
