Hi,
I live in a modern end terrace house in Nottingham, no more than 20 years old in construction. 3 years ago i had UPVC soffit/fascias fitted, which ive since discovered have caused condensation in the loft due to a lack of ventiliation.
I believe the company is no longer in business, hence i have put this request out for work...
What i am looking for is to resolve the condensation, by either:
1 - fitting vents in the existing UPVC soffit/facia in situ
2 - fitting roof tile vents
3 - fitting roof ridge vents
4 - A.N.Other method of your choice
Please note the budget quoted may is negotiable depending on the prefered option to resolve, though im looking for a reasonably neat job that won't cost the earth!
You are welcome to provide quotes for 1 or all of the options provided, though please state which option relates to which quote, and i would appreciate any comments about why you would recommend one over the other.
Few details about the house - end terrace, traditional pitched roof, with tiles meeting eaves at front and back of property. Eaves length is 5m front and back, and distance/depth of tiles between front and back is 7m
I would like this work doing over the next few weeks/months, shortly after xmas is ideal!
Thanks
Mark
