Have opened up fireplace that was used for gas fire though has previously been a real fire. Smoke bomb shows seepage from chimney stack so lining is needed. Would prefer to have open fire but will consider small wood burner. Its a small semi dormer bungalow. WORK REQUIRED DEPENDS ON ADVICE AND PRICE AS i AM ON A VERY TIGHT BUDGET!
