Fitting pet door into double glazed door

We need a panel of double glazing changed in a window to take out one with a cat flap fitted in and replace the original double glazing panel which we still have. We then need the double glazing taken out of the back door (full length double glazed sheet) and replaced with one with a fitting for a small dog door. We do have not yet purchased this but would rather have a glass panel with space already in it for the dog door than cut the existing glass that is in the door.
