Fix a bedroom aerial point in Manchester

We have an aerial point in the bedroom which does not work. There is a cable behind it which appears to be connected at the bedroom end, but it does not work. We're in a block of flats (ground floor flat, 3 floors total) and the developer only linked the living room aerial points to the communal aerial - not sure who put one in the bedroom or why it doesn't work.
