Job Location: Brentford , Middlesex

Fix Bathroom Ceiling, new light fitting and a row of tiling

Bathroom ceiling 1.9 x 1.7. Artex half removed but the other half is stubbornly remaining. Please advise the best solution. Also, new light will need to be fitted and there is a gap between the top row of tiles and the ceiling. This also needs to be tidied up. If at all possible, I'd like the work done before Easter.
