Fix buzzer and voicecomm to a 2nd floor flat (buzzer works for ground and first floor)

I am looking for a quote to fix a front door buzzer/voice comm in our flat. The buzzer is on the front door of a converted house that is now 3 flats. It works for the ground and first floor where you push the buzzer and there is a phone to pick up in the flat to speak to people outside. There may have been a mechanism to open the door remotely but that is not activated or necessary for us. Our buzzer on the 2nd floor doesn't work and there are some wires sticking out. I don't know if it can be fixed using the wiring on the buzzer itself or if you need to look at how the wiring goes up to the flat. We rent this flat and as our landlady is paying for this I would need a quote and then need to check that it is ok for you to then fix it. Please let me know when you could come around to check it out. If this Saturday (28th Jan) morning/lunchtime is possible that would be very useful.
