I have a Glow worm flexicom hx boiler that will not stay alight. It has not been working for the last 2 weeks. Initially it was flashing a fault code 'F4' (this code has shown on more than two occasions), then fault code 'F22' (this has shown on more than 3 occasions) and now fault code 'F1'. I have tried igniting it a few times over the last 2 weeks and it stays on for between 30mins to 1hour, but eventually goes off again. I have been told by 3 x previous plumbers that it appears to be related to the condensation pump which is external to the boiler. I have also been advised that the boiler is too low to the ground (it is in the cupboard under the sink); so I am hoping to also have it reinstalled during this job so that it is more accessible to tradesmen working on it.
