Fix Leak in chimney breast possibly requires 5 chimney pots to be capped.

I have a disused chimney breast (bricked up and vented). Water is coming through at ceiling height on the ground floor. It could possibly be that the chimney pots need capping ~(as suggested by my surveyor). Would like someone to investigate leak and repair/cap.
