fix leaking tap and broken cistern

Two small jobs: -Leaking kithen tap, probably needs valve replacing -Broken toilet cistern. The plastic bits in the cistern are broken so the toilet no longer flushes. I have replacement bits and also a whole new cistern (from a toilet removed during renovation). Fix using either of the above
