At the front of the house there is a single storey extension which increased the size of the lounge. There is a sloping roof on this extension. It would appear the flashing has come away slightly and water has got in. There is now a leak in the lounge where the extension is. Insurance have said we need quotes to proceed
Insurance say it is covered as storm damage so need to crack with it. If it's under £750 they will approve work straight away
