fix my door buzzer entry system and the front door lock for it

When people press the button to buzz my flat from outside it doesnt make any sound, and as far as i can tell, just doesnt work. Similarly im not even sure if when i press the 'let them in' button, whether or not it achieves this. Alongside this, the front door lock doesnt work properly and with an adequate shove the front door opens up and is a security risk to the whole building. I however would like to get it fixed, preferably - if possible, without replacing the lock (as i dont want to cough up cash for new keys for all of my neighbours).
