Hello
I put up a 360cm long curtain rail in our front room, yet the weight of the curtains has pulled the bracket, screws and anchors out of the wall. I'm not sure if it's possible to reattach it using longer screws, or if the wall needs to have reinforcement like a small stud put in for strength. One end has fully pulled out, the centre brackets feels wobbly, but the third seems to be sturdy. (Because I don't know exactly what needs to be done, i'm not sure what the price should be, so please just let me know if my budget is completely off the mark).
I work from home during the day, so it should be easy to schedule something that works with someone's availability. I have a few photos of the window and where it's been torn out, so I could send those if it helps.
Thank you very much for your time,
-Paula
