Looking for quotes to fix the problems highlighted in a recent survey I had done. Here is the extract: "The slated roof covering is the original with general disrepair now evident. Pointing to the ridge tiles is poor. A number of slates are now held in position with lead straps which is indicative that past remedial work has been required, and that the roof covering is now approaching the end of its serviceable life. A significant amount of moss growth should be removed from the slates. General disrepair is also apparent to the front bay window clay tiled roof. One or two slates are loose to the pitched roof over the front dormer. Some of the ceiling wallpaper in the rear attic bedroom was loose probably due to water ingress." Looking for quotes, property it available to view if necessary. Will be looking for the job to be carried out in the new year. Thanks.
