Fix running toilet and seal radiator pipe

Not very big jobs at all really, but they really need doing. I have a toilet that always has water slowly running into the bowl - this needs to be stopped. I also have a radiator in another bathroom that a small white plastic pipe detached itself from the tap thing last week and it ruined the carpet - we put it back in but it needs sealing / fixing in place properly so it doesn't come off again. Thanks :)
