Flags laid (already have flags) and ranch-style fencing to replace old fence panels

I currently have about 50 feet of a terraced garden that currently has paving stones (concrete, square) laid loosely on sand. These need to be taken up and properly laid and cemented in. I have a fair amount of spare and broken flags that can be used for hardcore. I also need about 100 feet of fencing panels replaced with ranch-style fencing down the full length of the garden.
