2 Bedroom flat to be decorated. Total square metreage = 55m Room list : Bed 1 Bed 2 Kitchen Living Hall Bath Condition of existing works : Walls painted and have a fixed wooden dado rail to be removed. Walls would need to be stripped, sanded, smoothed down, holes and uneven surfaces filled and re-sanded. Then all walls, skirting, wooden door frames would need to be sanded & painted. I would supply materials I am just looking for labour quotes please. Regards Chris
