Hoping to start in July, pending leaseholder approval. * install chemical dampproof in approx 20 metres external wall * remove approx 5sq metres damp plaster in bedroom then replaster * install approx 25sq metres soundproofing plasterboard to ceilings and 15sq metres to internal wall * replace all skirting * replace 5 doors and framing * install approx 6 sq metres false ceiling * install downlighters in false ceiling * replace two kitchen cupboard (B&Q) * replace bathroom suite * install two extractor fans with humistats * reroute bathroom plumbing * install additional internal electrical sockets * install external electrical sockets and lighting * install aerial outlet points * skim throughout
