Flat roof into Bungalow roof

Looking for a quote for a flat roof approx 2.6m x 3.4m Flat roof will go into the roof of the bungalow, we have 6 x 2 joists, plywood sheeting and afew other bits. We are looking for a quote to connect joists to the house, sheet it and make sure weather proof. We are open to suggestions on finishing, felt, rubber etc. We have cash available right away for the right quote.
