Floor Tiling with Underfloor Heating

I need 14 square meters of floor tiling together with underfloor heating laying. The tiling is to go in a conservatory which is rectangular in shape. Ideally I want one company/trades person to fit both the flooring, underfloor heating and the underfloor heating insulation boards. Tiles are going to be either Porcelain or ceramic tiles. Underfloor heating is going to be Warmup loose wire system.
