Fork seals & Oil replacing on Hyosung RX 125 04

Replace fork seals on My Hyosung rx 125, I cant get the front wheel of as i don't have the correct tool might need a 15 mm allen key?? I have the seals and 10w fork oil. I'm unable to move the bike as too much oil has gone from the forks I have most of the other tools to do the job. the forks will also need cleaning of some small rust spots.
