Foundations and flooring for conservatory

We are getting a DIY Conservatory and need foundations, flooring and a dwarf wall either brick or breeze block which ever is cheapest as on tight budget. We are in Harlow Essex. Please could you quote for 2 sizes as we are undecided at the moment which one we will be ordering. 5m (W) 2.5m (D) 4.5m (W) 2.5m (D) Please note we have no back access to the garden.
