Front Garden - removal of hedge & Lawn, replace with patio circle and stone chips

Owners will provide paving, hardcore and other materials, skip for old material disposal. Front garden approx 11mts x 4mts. • Remove(including roots) 2 x hedges from front of garden totalling 8-9mts length, 5ft high and 3 x small box hedge from under windows • Remove topsoil and turf to depth of 5inches • Remove 1 x cement edging strip at back of turf, ¾ width of garden • Level ground • Place hardcore(provided)3 x 1 ton bags over whole area and whack down • Lay anti weed membrane(provided) over whole area • Position new patio circle slabs(2.7m diameter) with wet-mortar base (all provided) • Dry mortar grout between slabs • Remove 24 (in 2 paths of 2x6 slabs) 600x600mm each and replace with new 600x600 slabs(provided) • Place new preformed cement edging sections(provided) along front and side boundaries • Distribute 4 x 1 ton bags (provided) new stone chips throughout areas that are not path or new paved circle. work to be started in 2 weeks, completed quickly
