Full House/ Shop refurbishment

Shop in Platt Bridge, Wigan. Shop needs electrics checking and possibly new cunsumer unit ect then skimming out , new lighting , flooring , 7 decorating. Flat above needs roof mending , new kitchen, electrics sorting, new bathroom, some plaster work , new flooring , steel security gates down side, security railings on back, then redecorating I would like 1 tradesman to take on and manage the whole job for a set price I always have 2 or 3 of these refurbs jobs ongoing and would like to find a new main builder to add to my team to be handling 1 at all times
