Electrical rewire 17th edition. Supply & install new 12 way split load RCD board. Supply & install mains earth bonding. Install new ground floor lighting circuit allowing for maximum 25 points. Install new ground floor ring circuit allowing for 25 outlets. Wire new kitchen circuit in to new consumer unit. Install 1st floor lighting circuit allowing for maximum 25 points. Install 1no shaver sockets to bathroom. Install 1st floor ring circuit allowing for 25 outlets. Supply & install 2 hard wired smoke alarms inter-connected. Supply & install 1 hard wired heat alarm inter-connected. Supply & install 2 extractor fans. All products to be MK, Wylex or similar. Down lights 90min FR white fixed LV Aurora. Switches & sockets MK Logic. Any specialist fittings to be supplied by client. Test & certificate installation. Quote to include fixing back walls once rewiring is complete, etc
