Run a 4mm SWA cable from an exterior mounted IP rated junction box, power fed via a single socket outlet located on the interior wall (opposite side of wall to exterior mounted box), terminated in a 2 way consumer unit in the garage (perhaps 10m cable should be sufficient). Supply and fit 1 double socket fed off a 16A mains circuit board. Supply and fit 1 standard 1500mm flourescent batten holder and tube, controlled via a 1 gang switch location near to the garage door.
