Wolverhampton: Garden clean up (ended)

Garden clean up

My garden is overgrown and has a large amount of dog poop on it as being a single parent of 2 it's been very difficult to get on top of it as it wasn't in great condition when Moved in. Ideally I would like the lawn dug up and disposed off so I could start again as I really would like my toddler to be able to go outside but as it's overgrown it's too difficult to get the dog poop up, there is also a lot of it therefor I think it would be safer for my daughter if I just had a new lawn and started again and then I would have a better foundation to keep my garden looking nice. At the end of my tether with this as I just don't no where to start.
