Garden clear up

Would like the plants, shrubs and weeds completing gutting and replaced with soil (there is soil already there.) My aim is to put bark on these and some every green / Topiary hedge plants (as you can tell, I am not green fingered!) The are in question is less than 10metres. The budget is based on just clearing the area and leaving it nice for planting, although would happily pay for the bark and planting if you would like to!
