Small sloping garden requires clearing - digging out of several small shrubs / bushes; removal of gravel and base-sheet, weeds completely cleared, soil rotivated and left ready for levelling topsoil and seeding by owner. Garden is approximately 8m long x 4m wide. Location in Horsforth (NW Leeds just off ring road) Smaller front garden which also needs doing if price was right. This is square shaped, approx 4m x 4m, gravelled, with approx 4-5 small shrubs/bushes round the edge which need digging out and a few weeds on top. Needs clearing as back, leaving rotivated soil ready for seeding.
